Job summary

Moove is seeking a Vehicle Readiness Operator in the UAE to ensure every vehicle meets launch-ready standards before leaving the depot. You will work across rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment, handling launch support, charging, and compliance reporting, while following SOPs and maintaining depot cleanliness and safety.

You will collaborate with the Fleet Operations team to coordinate vehicle movements, document accurately, and support smooth fleet availability on every shift.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly.
• Valid UAE driving license (at least 1 year old).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles entering the depot and assign actions.
• Ensure launch-ready standards before each shift and complete required checks.
• Support AV troubleshooting during vehicle launch and updates.
• Learn and use systems to monitor vehicle states and log tasks.
