Job summary

Moove is seeking a Field Operations Technician in Dubai to respond to live vehicle incidents, reposition vehicles across zones, and coordinate handovers with remote and depot teams. You will work 24/7 on rotating shifts, ensuring fleet availability and rapid, safe interventions.

Qualifications

Valid UAE driving licence with a minimum of three years of driving experience and a good driving record.
Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly with the operations team.
Strong time management and reliability in fast-paced field environments.
Able to assess situations quickly and act without detailed instruction.
Technically comfortable with modern apps and digital systems.

Responsibilities

Respond to live vehicle incidents, breakdowns, and situations requiring physical intervention on public and private roads.
Reposition vehicles across operational zones to maintain fleet availability and support recovery when needed.
Coordinate with depot operations, remote operators, and the Fleet Operations Manager for seamless handovers and status updates.
Maintain safety, complete field reports and incident logs promptly, and keep equipment ready for rapid deployment.
Work rotating shifts covering morning, evening, and overnight windows (six days on, one day off).
