Job summary

Moove is hiring a Vehicle Readiness Operator in Dubai to ensure every vehicle is launch-ready with rigorous inspections before it leaves the depot. You will support autonomous vehicle launches, manage charging cycles, and log updates across the operations team in a 24/7 rotating shift.

You will collaborate with Fleet Operations, maintain depot cleanliness, and uphold safety standards across shifts, emphasizing reliability and quick problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE driving licence and ability to operate under high-pressure conditions.
• Technically comfortable with modern apps, digital systems, and communication platforms.
• Able to respond quickly and calmly in changing, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent time management and reliability for shift work.
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend and lift as required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles entering the depot and assign appropriate actions.
• Ensure launch-ready standards before each shift with required checks.
• Support AV troubleshooting during vehicle launches and updates.
• Utilise systems to monitor vehicle states, log tasks, and communicate updates.
• Arrange, manoeuvre, and transit vehicles, including charger setup.
• Maintain depot cleanliness and vehicle presentation to UAE standards.
• Complete daily reports and safety/compliance documentation on time.
• Work rotating shifts across morning, evening, and overnight windows.
