Job summary

Alshaya Group is seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead the flagship MUJI store in Dubai. You will drive sales, profitability, and customer experience while building a high-performing team that lives the MUJI brand.

Responsibilities include visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, workforce planning, and developing future store leaders. You will ensure compliance with policies and safety standards while upholding operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in flagship or high-volume retail.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience leading large teams and developing future retail leaders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for customer service and retail excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability by achieving KPIs, sales targets, and cost control measures.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a large retail team to deliver exceptional performance and customer service.
• Create an outstanding customer experience aligned with MUJI brand values and standards.
• Analyze commercial reports and implement action plans to improve sales, productivity, and profitability.
• Ensure excellent visual merchandising, store presentation, and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Manage stock availability, replenishment, inventory control, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet business needs.
• Identify talent within the team and implement succession planning and development initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, health & safety, and operational standards.
• Build a positive store culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
