Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Painter in a five-star hotel or luxury resort.
• Knowledge of UAE HSE requirements and safe handling of paints and chemicals.
• High school education or relevant vocational/trade qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out painting and decorative works in guest rooms, villas, public areas, restaurants, corridors, offices, back‑of‑house areas, and external areas.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling cracks/holes, removing old paint, and applying primers.
• Apply emulsion, enamel, textured, epoxy, waterproof, and other approved paint finishes as required.
• Match existing colours, textures, and finishes accurately during maintenance works.
• Protect furniture, flooring, fixtures, fittings, and other surfaces from paint splashes and damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the work area during and after completion.
• Inspect painted surfaces for defects and rectify as needed.
• Coordinate with Engineering trades to minimize guest disruption.
