Rixos Hotels in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE seeks an experienced Painter to maintain the property's luxury standards across guest rooms, villas, and public spaces.

You will perform painting, surface prep, and finishing tasks while upholding five-star quality and safety guidelines. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with the Engineering team on renovations and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school education or relevant vocational/trade qualification preferred.
• 2–3 years’ experience as a Painter in a five-star hotel or luxury resort.
• Experience in hotel refurbishment and maintenance is an advantage.
• Knowledge of UAE HSE requirements and safe handling of paints and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Carry out painting and decorative works in guest rooms, villas, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling cracks, and applying primers.
• Apply finishes such as emulsion, enamel, textured, epoxy, and waterproof coatings.
• Ensure painting meets five-star quality and presentation standards.
• Perform touch-up and corrective work promptly in guest and operational areas.
• Inspect surfaces for defects and rectify color match or finish.
• Support painting during room renovations and upgrades.
• Follow daily work schedules and safety procedures.
