Job summary

NAFFCO in Dubai is seeking a Technical Sales Support - Fire Rated Steel Doors to back sales teams with technical and commercial guidance. You will interpret drawings, prepare tender inputs, and produce product data sheets while coordinating with production and QA to ensure compliant, on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in technical sales support, familiarity with CAD tools, CRM systems, and a strong regulatory awareness for fire doors and related standards in construction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of fire rated steel doors, frames, hardware and glazing; interpret technical drawings and product specifications.
• Familiarity with fire safety standards and building regulations for fire doors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; explain technical matters clearly to customers and specifiers.
• Customer service orientation with ability to manage expectations and build trust.
• Ability to prioritise multiple inquiries and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM/ticketing systems and CAD tools (AutoCAD) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical and commercial enquiries from customers, architects, contractors and sales colleagues via phone, email and ticketing systems; provide timely, accurate and professional advice.
• Interpret project specifications, drawings to determine fire rated door assemblies and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Prepare technical input for tenders and quotations, produce datasheets and drawings; support sales meetings and presentations.
• Produce and maintain technical documents including cut sheets, installation instructions, testing certificates and system diagrams.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, design and quality teams to ensure accurate BOMs, lead times and delivery instructions; track order status.
• Identify recurring issues and feedback to contribute to product development and process improvements.
