Job summary

You will interpret drawings, prepare submittals and proposals, and consult with contractors and architects to ensure compliant, on-time delivery. The role requires coordinating with sales, engineering, and procurement while addressing client requirements across projects.

Qualifications

• Engineering/Building Services or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of technical sales or engineering experience in fire doors and hardware.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, fire protection regulations, and hardware integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and technical support on steel/wood fire doors and hardware to contractors, architects, and project managers.
• Prepare accurate quotations, technical submittals, and project proposals to secure opportunities while aligning with fire safety regulations.
• Interpret architectural drawings and building specifications to offer compliant solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and procurement to optimise product selections, quotations, and delivery timelines.
• Deliver clear technical presentations and support documentation for decision-makers in construction sectors.
• Diagnose and resolve technical queries throughout a project’s lifecycle with effective stakeholder communication.
