Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in both drafting and cost estimation within the fire protection industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and estimating software (Odoo, Timberline, Planswift).

Responsibilities

• Calculate material quantities, labor costs and overhead expenses to produce comprehensive and competitive project estimates.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and project managers to interpret project requirements and translate them into accurate designs and costings.
• Review project plans and specifications to identify potential design challenges or cost-saving opportunities.
