The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in estimating fire protection systems for commercial and industrial projects, with a solid understanding of relevant codes and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and analyze 2D technical drawings in AutoCAD or PDF format.

• Prepare accurate estimates for fire protection systems including:

  • Sprinkler systems
  • Firefighting systems
  • FM200 suppression systems
  • Fire alarm systems
  • Voice evacuation and emergency lighting systems

• Ensure all designs and estimations align with NFPA standards and UAE Fire and Life Safety Codes.

• Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings for clarity and completeness.

• Communicate directly with clients to clarify missing or unclear details in tender inputs.

• Coordinate with internal design and technical teams to develop competitive and compliant quotations.

• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for materials, equipment, and installation labor.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Fire Protection Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in estimating fire protection systems, preferably within the commercial or industrial sector.
