Job summary

SIBCA Electronic Equipment Company Limited in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for installation, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of fire alarm, CBS, PAVA and related systems.

The role involves coordinating with other contractors on site, reviewing project requirements and drawings, mentoring technicians, and ensuring daily production targets align with the project schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in installation supervision and testing.
• Diploma in Electrical or Electronics required.
• Experience with fire alarm systems and life-safety electronics.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise installation processes for systems components, including conduiting, cabling, panels, devices, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Maintain service records, monitor equipment performance and elevate recurring problems.
• Review project requirements, specifications, drawings, and design documentation.
• Coordinate site activities with other contractors.
• Coach and mentor technicians to ensure quality and rapid skill development.
• Oversee daily productivity targets to meet project schedule and budget.
• Review timesheets of technicians in coordination with Site Engineer/Project Manager.
