Job summary

Fasset is seeking a hands-on social content creator to lead the engine behind our channels. You will write, shoot, edit, and appear on camera, building formats and series that resonate in Urdu, Bangla, Arabic, Bahasa and English for multiple markets.

You will own Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X and LinkedIn day-to-day, work with editors and creators, and help scale our community and creator network while aligning with brand and performance goals.

Qualifications

• A reel or portfolio is required.
• Fluent English is required.
• Comfortable on camera and able to write and edit
• Experience with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, LinkedIn) is a plus
• Ability to work with diverse markets and languages (Urdu, Bangla, Arabic, Bahasa, English) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build the content engine with repeatable formats and series.
• Write hooks, shoot videos, edit initial versions, and appear on camera when needed.
• Develop a production system with editors and freelance creators.
• Make comments and community content worth reading, not just emoji responses.
• Create market-specific content for Urdu, Bangla, Arabic, Bahasa and English audiences.
• Collaborate with brand and performance teams to keep campaigns cohesive and native.
