Job summary

ADIB is seeking a Digital Onboarding Specialist in Sharjah to review customer onboarding journeys across Office Banking solutions, online channels, IVR, SMS and related product setups. You will ensure complete customer profile setup, service packages, pricing, limit setup and user access as part of end-to-end support.

Role requires strong banking process knowledge, attention to detail and collaboration with Compliance, Audit and Front Office to meet SLAs and maintain policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of ADIB’s BBD products and services.
• Advanced understanding of UAE banking procedures, regulations and risks.
• Detail-oriented with focus on process improvement.
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with front office, compliance and audit.

Responsibilities

• Review onboarding documentation and ensure compliance for new and existing customers.
• Manage setups for ADIB Office Banking solutions and Dired online channels per SLA.
• Assign and issue tokens per client request.
• Handle signature modifications, POA and reactivation requests per SOP.
• Escalate risks or issues to the manager and maintain timely progress updates.
