Job summary

Pay10 UAE in Dubai is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead IT operations for a fintech and payment services environment. You will oversee infrastructure, security, vendor management, and governance to support business growth while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong ITIL-based operations, risk management, and the ability to translate business needs into effective IT solutions. A tech-focused leader will drive audits, continuity, and performance across all services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in IT operations, IT service management, or technology leadership.
• Experience managing IT teams, budgets, vendors, projects, and service providers.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, IT governance, information security, risk, and compliance.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, payments, banking, or other regulated environment is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of AWS/Azure, SaaS, enterprise applications, and IT security.
• ITIL, PMP, COBIT, ISO 27001, or similar certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, networks, applications, and IT support.
• Ensure the availability, security, and reliability of critical IT systems and services.
• Lead IT projects, digital transformation, and technology initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, SLAs, and service providers.
• Oversee IT budgets, cost optimization, and resource planning.
• Ensure alignment with information security, IT governance, regulatory, and compliance requirements applicable to a fintech environment.
• Support IT audits, risk management, incident management, and business continuity.
• Lead and develop the IT team, including performance and resource management.
• Work closely with senior management and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective IT solutions.
• Monitor system availability, incidents, MTTR, SLAs, KPIs, and overall IT service performance.
