Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Event Manager to lead planning, development, and execution of high-profile FinTech and technology events in the UAE. You will manage quality experiences across conferences, forums, and exhibitions, coordinating with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.

You will translate business goals into engaging event concepts, manage budgets, and drive ROI while adapting to a fast-paced corporate environment with regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in event/project management, preferably FinTech, financial services, technology, or large corporate environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end event strategies aligned with business goals, brand, and engagement objectives.
• Lead planning and delivery of FinTech, AI, innovation, technology, and corporate events.
• Translate business objectives into compelling event concepts, formats, agendas, and attendee experiences.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, and delivery frameworks.
• Manage multiple events simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Product, Innovation, Corporate Affairs, and senior leadership.
• Develop event KPIs and measure performance, engagement, attendance, ROI, and impact.
• Identify opportunities to introduce new formats, technologies, and innovative experiences.
