Euro Mechanical, Abu Dhabi-based with a 50-year history in engineering and energy, seeks a FinOps Expert / Solution Architect to own D365 F&O, D365 Sales, and related Finance operations. This fully remote role collaborates with Finance, Procurement, Projects, Operations and Commercial teams in Abu Dhabi.

You will drive stability, user enablement, and continuous improvement, shaping how technology is used and fostering a network of D365 Champions across the group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on with D365 F&O across Finance, Projects and SCM modules.
• Experience with D365 Sales (CRM), including pipeline and forecasting.
• Techno-Functional Lead / Solution Architect experience.
• Experience with Dynamics configuration, workflows and troubleshooting.
• Vendor management and SLA-based support experience.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day L1/L2 support for D365 F&O and D365 Sales, ensuring quick resolutions.
• Manage full ticket lifecycle from intake to closure.
• Govern L3 escalations with external vendors and validate fixes in UAT.
• Lead incident and problem management to identify recurring issues.
• Coordinate changes and releases with impact assessment and testing.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs and acceptance criteria.
• Build internal D365 capability through training and champions network.
• Support licence governance and cost optimisation.

About the job

We are looking for a FinOps Expert / Solution Architect to own our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Finance, Projects and SCM) and D365 Sales platforms. You will be the go-to expert who keeps the system stable, helps our people use it well, and drives continuous improvement across the business. This is a fully remote role, working closely with our Finance, Procurement, Projects & Operations and Commercial teams in Abu Dhabi.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day L1/L2 support for D365 F&O (Finance, SCM, Projects) and D365 Sales, making sure users get quick resolutions and clear guidance
• Manage the full ticket lifecycle, from intake and prioritisation to troubleshooting, resolution and closure
• Govern L3 escalations with our third-party support vendor, tracking SLAs, validating fixes in UAT and making sure root-cause analysis is delivered
• Lead incident and problem management to identify recurring issues and put permanent fixes in place
• Coordinate controlled changes and releases, including impact assessment, testing, release readiness and post-release validation
• Work with business teams to translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Build internal D365 capability through training, documentation and a network of D365 Champions and super-users
• Support access and licence governance, aligning permissions to real job needs and helping deliver licence cost optimisation

What you will bring

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with D365 F&O across Finance, Project Management & Accounting and Supply Chain Management modules
• Working experience with D365 Sales (CRM), including lead and opportunity pipeline, forecasting and activity management
• Experience in a Techno-Functional Lead, Functional Consultant or Solution Architect role
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics configuration, workflows and functional troubleshooting
• Experience with LCS, Azure DevOps and structured release management
• Proven experience managing external vendors and SLA-based support
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical teams
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance or a related field
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications (Finance/SCM, Customer Engagement, Solution Architect) are a plus
