Job summary

iHR is seeking an experienced Plasterer / Tile Mason in Dubai to perform plastering, tiling, and related finishing tasks on new installations and repairs. You will read blueprints, render surfaces, and ensure work meets high safety and quality standards while maintaining a professional client-facing presence.

The role requires strong finishing skills, ability to work from drawings, familiarity with UAE regulations, and a valid UAE license if required. Driving license is preferred for site access.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Plasterer / Tile Mason.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings for layouts.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations.
• Valid UAE license (if required) and driving license preferred.
• Physically fit for on-site work in client homes.

Responsibilities

• Execute plastering, rendering, blockwork and tiling on new and repaired structures.
• Carry out finishing works and apply coatings.
• Diagnose and repair water damage and re-plaster/ re-tile as needed.
• Inspect works for safety, quality, and compliance with regulations.
• Interact professionally with clients and respond to service requests.
• Document work, materials used, and observations for estimates.
