Job summary

IRTH Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to supervise finishing works on our construction projects, ensuring quality, timely completion, and safe execution.

You will coordinate blockwork, plastering, tiling, ceilings, painting, and joinery, read drawings, liaise with MEP teams, manage snagging, and plan manpower and materials while maintaining site safety and housekeeping. UAE high-rise/residential fit-outs preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in finishing works and as a Finishing Foreman.
• Experience on UAE high-rise residential or fit-out projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of finishing details, construction drawings, and work sequencing.
• Experience in MEP Coordination.
• Strong leadership and ability to supervise workers and subcontractors.
• Available to join immediately or on short notice.
• Excellent communication with site engineers and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily finishing works, including blockwork, plastering, tiling, ceilings, painting, joinery, and fit-out activities.
• Coordinate workers and subcontractors to meet project schedules and quality requirements.
• Read and follow approved drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure services are completed before closing ceilings, walls, and other finishes.
• Monitor workmanship, identify defects, and manage snagging and rectification works.
• Plan daily manpower, material, and equipment requirements while maintaining site housekeeping and safety.
