Job summary

Facade Today is seeking a highly skilled Finishing Project Engineer to oversee the finishing stage of high-rise building projects in Dubai. The role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include planning, site supervision, coordination with stakeholders, quality control, risk management, progress reporting, change orders, and strict safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in high-rise building construction.
• Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for the finishing stage.
• Oversee and supervise site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with site engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of finishing works.
• Implement rigorous quality control procedures to maintain high workmanship and materials standards.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with finishing stage.
• Track project progress, monitor KPIs, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Review and approve change orders, ensuring alignment with objectives and budget constraints.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
