Job summary

Confidential Careers seeks an experienced Finishing Foreman for high-end villa projects in Abu Dhabi. You will supervise finishing works and subcontractors, ensuring work aligns with drawings, specs and schedules.

Requirements include a minimum of 8 years in construction, strong knowledge of plastering, painting, tiling, marble, waterproofing, gypsum, ceilings, doors and joinery, plus proven leadership and communication skills. Immediate joiners preferred.

• Minimum 8 years of construction experience.
• Proven experience in villa projects is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of architectural and finishing works including plastering, painting, tiling, marble, waterproofing, gypsum, ceilings, doors, and joinery.
• Ability to supervise subcontractors and ensure works are completed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days will be given preference.
