Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services is seeking a Finished Goods Warehouse Supervisor in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. The role oversees receiving, storage, picking, loading and dispatch, ensuring correct products, quantities and batches while maintaining safety and batch traceability.

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ warehouse experience, including 2 years as a supervisor.
• Paint, coatings or chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP, inventory control and warehouse safety.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations: Supervise receiving, storage, picking, loading and dispatch.
• WMS Control: Maintain accurate, timely transactions, barcode scanning, stock locations and batch traceability.
• Inventory Accuracy: Conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies and control damaged, aging and near-expiry stock. Apply FIFO/FEFO.
• Safety: Enforce safe chemical storage, forklift operation, PPE, housekeeping and emergency access.
• Team Management: Allocate tasks, train employees and monitor productivity, attendance and performance.
• Coordination: Work with Production, QC, Planning and Customer Service to meet dispatch schedules. Release only QC-approved stock.
