Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services is seeking a Warehouse Manager for a leading UAE sanitary ware provider in Abu Dhabi Mussafah. You will lead end-to-end warehouse operations and manage a team of about 10 staff to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Responsibilities include implementing SOPs, maintaining accurate inventory, and coordinating dispatch while upholding safety standards and cost efficiency. Salary is up to 9,000 AED monthly, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years warehouse management experience in sanitary ware/building materials.
• Proven experience independently managing warehouse operations and supervising a team of at least 10 employees.
• Strong expertise in inventory management, stock reconciliation, warehouse planning, dispatch coordination, and ERP/WMS systems.
• Willing to work six days per week in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order picking, dispatch, and distribution of sanitary ware products.
• Supervise, train, and manage a team of approximately 10 warehouse personnel, ensuring productivity, accountability, and efficient daily operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts, minimize stock discrepancies, and ensure effective warehouse space utilization.
• Implement warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and handling procedures to prevent product damage, optimize operational costs, and ensure timely order fulfilment.
