Ideal candidates hold a strong background in 5-star kitchens, leadership, and cost control, with the ability to develop menus and collaborate with the Executive Chef. Shift flexibility is required in this vibrant UAE venue.

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary qualification preferred.
• 8+ years in a 5-star kitchen environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Delilah Supper Club kitchen to ensure efficiency and culinary standards.
• Monitor resource consumption and optimize equipment, ingredients, and inventory.
• Develop weekly set menus, monthly promotions, and seasonal offerings with the Executive Chef.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Lead, coach, and support the kitchen team to maintain high performance and teamwork.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and utensils in compliance with HACCP, health and safety regulations.
• Ensure high-quality fine dining delivery and address guest requests/feedback promptly to enhance the dining experience.
• Continuously uphold health and safety practices and perform additional duties as assigned.
