Responsibilities

• Manage month‑end and quarter‑end close processes across all Orevida entities.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports.
• Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and cash‑flow projections.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and treasury management.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.
• Build financial reporting dashboards for the CEO and investment committee.
• Support due diligence and financial integration for new acquisitions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting or financial control experience.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Experience with multi‑entity or group accounting and consolidation.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS or GAAP reporting standards.
• Proficiency with accounting software and financial modeling tools.
• Experience with cross‑border transactions and international tax compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and process discipline.
• Strong communication skills for financial reporting to non‑financial stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience in holding company, private equity, or conglomerate finance.
• Familiarity with UAE, German, or international tax structures.
• Knowledge of tokenized reward systems or digital asset accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial automation.
