Job summary

Orevida in Dubai seeks a skilled DevOps Engineer to maintain and design the infrastructure that supports our diverse technology ecosystem. You will manage CI/CD pipelines enabling swift deployment and monitor for security and performance across various platforms.

Job description

Own the infrastructure that keeps the entire Orevida technology ecosystem running. With multiple products across multiple sectors, from the Orevida Members Platform to portfolio company applications, you will design and maintain deployment pipelines, monitoring systems, and cloud infrastructure that scales reliably.

This is a role for someone who thinks in systems. You will build the CI/CD pipelines that enable engineers to ship multiple times per day, the monitoring that catches issues before users notice, and the security infrastructure that protects financial and personal data across the ecosystem.

You will work across bare metal servers, cloud providers, and containerized environments. No two days look the same, and that is the point.

Responsibilities

• 01 Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for all ecosystem applications
• 02 Manage cloud infrastructure across multiple providers and bare metal environments
• 03 Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability across all services
• 04 Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi)
• 05 Manage containerized deployments with Docker and orchestration tooling
• 06 Implement and maintain security best practices: secrets management, network policies, access controls
• 07 Optimize cost and performance across infrastructure resources
• 08 Collaborate with engineering teams to design deployment strategies for new products

Requirements

• 4+ years of DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering experience
• Strong experience with Linux system administration and networking
• Proficiency with Docker and container orchestration
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi)
• Familiarity with monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or equivalent)
• Understanding of security best practices for production environments
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins)
• Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes in production environments
• Familiarity with bare metal server management alongside cloud infrastructure
• Knowledge of Tailscale, WireGuard, or other VPN/mesh networking solutions
• Experience with cost optimization in multi-cloud environments
