Job summary

Qantra in Dubai is seeking an entry-level finance systems assistant to support the Group FP&A and Financial Systems team with monthly closing activities and data management.

You will work with JDE, Hyperion, and currency translations, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting, while collaborating with Finance Shared Services and other internal stakeholders.

Bachelor's in Finance/IT and strong Excel skills are required; English proficiency is mandatory; 0–1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ IT
• Experience with data handling and systems is required
• Strong Excel skills required
• Proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating customer and address masters in JDE.
• Facilitate monthly reconciliation of group-related party balances.
• Assist set up bank mandates on banking platforms.
• Support system-related tasks and group consolidation during month-end closing.
• Validate data between JDE and Hyperion and currency translations.
• Update the project management log for assigned tasks.
• Perform system testing on newly created data and structures
