Job summary

Qureos in Dubai seeks an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, process invoices, and oversee reconciliations to ensure accuracy. You will support monthly and annual reports and assist with budgeting and financial analysis.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, strong numerical accuracy, and proficient use of Sage, Xero or QuickBooks along with MS Office, especially Excel. A detail-oriented team player is essential for success in our growing finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required.
• Proven experience in accounts payable/receivable and financial reporting.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including payables/receivables.
• Prepare, record invoices and payments in a timely manner.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate postings.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis; liaise with stakeholders.
