Job summary

Titan Wealth International is seeking an Accountant to join the Finance team in Dubai. You will handle day-to-day accounting, financial reporting and commission reconciliation across NetSuite and HubSpot, supporting month-end close and multi-entity reporting.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years' accounting experience, strong reconciliations and excellent Excel skills. ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent qualifications are preferred in a multi-entity financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' accounting experience in financial services or related industry.
• Experience with bank reconciliations, month-end close and reporting.
• Experience with commission, revenue or advisor payments is advantageous.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
• Maintain NetSuite records and classify transactions accurately.
• Process AP/AR, journals, accruals and prepayments as required.
• Support monthly close, management accounts and financial statements.
• Reconcile advisor commissions and prepare payaway schedules.
• Collaborate across Finance, Operations and Sales teams.
