• Strong Finance and Financial Reporting skills with IFRS knowledge.
• Expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and related management reports.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret financial data and support decisions.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and ERP systems; strong Excel skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA/CPA/CA is advantageous.
• Experience in audit, tax, or consultancy, preferably UAE or international markets.
• Attention to detail, integrity, and compliance with regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaborative work in fast-paced client environment.
• Must reside in Dubai; available to join immediately; max 2 years UAE work exp.

Role Description

The Financial Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements, maintaining accurate general ledger records, and ensuring timely financial reporting in line with local and international standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and intercompany accounts, and supporting tax filings and audit requirements. The Financial Accountant will work closely with consultants and clients to provide financial insights, support budgeting and forecasting, and help improve accounting processes and controls. This role also requires effective collaboration with internal teams to ensure compliance with Audit, tax, and regulatory obligations relevant to client engagements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Reporting skills, with a solid understanding of IFRS or other relevant accounting standards.
• Candidates should possess expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and related management reports is a Must.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Accounting Software and ERP systems, along with strong Excel skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) is an advantage.
• Experience in audit, tax, or consultancy environments, ideally within UAE or international markets.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• The candidate must currently be residing in Dubai. Candidates living outside Dubai will not be considered.
• The candidate must be available to join immediately.
• The candidate must have a maximum of 2 years of UAE work experience. Candidates with less experience are welcome to apply; senior-level candidates will not be considered

Salary package

AED 4,000–5,500, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
