EY seeks a Manager in Business Consulting focusing on Finance Transformation in the UAE. You will lead finance transformation initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and grow client networks while delivering measurable value.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years of finance/consulting experience, strong leadership, and ability to win business. Willingness to travel throughout the MENA region is expected.

Qualifications

6–8 years of finance/consulting experience.
MENA based experience preferred.
Strong people management and leadership skills.
Ability to generate business deals and proposals.
Develop and maintain relationships at the C-suite level.

Responsibilities

Lead finance transformation initiatives for client organizations.
Develop and grow the business and client network through business development activities.
Manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality deliverables.
Drive revenue generation and advisory capabilities for clients.
Travel across MENA for client services.
