Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking a senior Finance Consultant to lead ERP transformation programs in the Middle East. You will guide SAP S/4HANA Finance, ECC FICO and other ERP modules, driving R2R, AP, AR and GL optimization across client CFO teams.

You will design Target Operating Models, KPI frameworks and participate in business case development; mentoring junior staff and coordinating with technology teams for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Finance Transformation or ERP consulting.
• Strong functional expertise across AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets and Financial Close.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations from design to deployment.
• Knowledge of finance controls and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Professional finance qualifications (CA, CMA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA) or MBA Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance process assessment and transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops to capture business requirements and design TOMs and KPI frameworks.
• Support ERP transformation initiatives involving SAP S/4HANA, ECC FICO, Oracle Fusion or Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Drive process automation and controls enhancement; ensure accounting standard alignment.
• Contribute to sales proposals, RFP responses and business case development.
• Mentor junior consultants on project delivery and client engagement.
