Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Manager/Director to lead our Digital Core Finance advisory offering. You will own executive relationships and drive large-scale SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations, shaping strategies and roadmaps for CFOs and finance leadership.

You will collaborate with delivery teams and technology architects to redesign finance operating models, harmonize end-to-end processes, and embed AI-enabled forecasting and reporting on an S/4HANA-enabled core.

Qualifications

12-15+ years in finance transformation or tech consulting at a senior leadership level.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver large-scale Digital Core Finance transformation programs, including Finance Operating Model redesign and SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations.
Shape and evolve client SAP-enabled finance transformation strategies with roadmaps and business cases for CFOs and finance leadership.
Ensure high-quality work with focus on client impact and tangible results.
Lead proposals, RFPs, and bids; drive growth for the Digital Core Finance offering.
Mentor and develop Capgemini Invent teams; foster certification and training within the group.
