Job summary

Deliveroo in Dubai is seeking an Emirati Finance & Strategy Associate to join our Dubai team. You’ll help with data and reporting support, weekly performance review management and variance analysis.

You’ll work with the Finance & Strategy team to maintain datasets, ensure report accuracy, and improve reporting templates, while developing your skills in a fast-moving marketplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas (e.g. VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF) and pivot tables.
• Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and explain variances.
• Structured, data-driven approach to problem solving.
• Clear and concise written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within a Finance & Strategy environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude.
• Internship or academic project experience in finance, business, or data analysis (preferred).
