Job summary

Deliveroo in Dubai is seeking a Finance & Strategy Associate to support data and reporting efforts within the Finance & Strategy team. You will help with weekly performance reviews, variance analysis, and data integrity across reports.

The ideal candidate has a finance or business background, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas (e.g. VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF) and pivot tables.
• Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and explain variances.
• Structured, data-driven approach to problem solving.
• Clear and concise written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within a Finance & Strategy environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude.
• Internship or academic project experience in finance, business, or data analysis (preferred).

We’re looking for an Emirati Finance & Strategy Associate to join our Dubai team. In this role, you’ll help us with the data and reporting support, weekly performance review management and variance analysis.

What You’ll Be Doing
