Job summary

The Government of Dubai invites applications for a position in the Finance and Administrative Affairs Section, Support Services Department. Educational requirement is a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 3–5 years of related experience in financial collection, revenue, and accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in financial collection, revenue, accounting, or related financial field.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support to follow up on fees, fines, and financial dues per regulations.
• Follow up on fees for licenses and related services issued to advocates and offices.
• Review financial aspects of transactions and ensure compliance and proper payment.
• Monitor collection and payment of fines, outstanding amounts, and related procedures.
• Coordinate with departments and offices on fees, payment deadlines, and follow-ups until payment.
• Record and update revenue transactions in approved electronic systems.
• Reconcile transactions and investigate discrepancies with relevant records.
