Job summary
Al-Futtaim Automotive in the UAE is seeking a Manager – Process & Compliance to support the finance transformation agenda across UAE and overseas operations. You will work with Finance, IT, and business teams to enhance ERP systems, strengthen process governance, and drive better controls across automotive operations.
The role requires a strong finance process background, ERP understanding, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years supporting SAP or other ERP processes.
- Experience in automotive, retail, or similar complex business environment preferred.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, SAP, Project Management or Information Systems advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Support ERP implementations and enhancements from a finance process and compliance perspective.
- Partner with IT and business teams to design and execute system improvements.
- Drive smooth delivery of system upgrades with minimal business disruption.
- Build process knowledge across automotive operations including finance integration and tax.
- Review processes and recommend efficiency and cost-saving improvements.
- Ensure processes and systems comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
