Job summary

Al-Futtaim Private Company (LLC) seeks a Manager Process Compliance to support the finance transformation agenda across Al-Futtaim Automotive UAE and overseas operations. You will work with Finance IT and business teams to enhance ERP, strengthen governance, and drive better controls.

The role requires a finance process background, ERP understanding, analytical thinking, and ability to engage multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years supporting SAP or ERP processes.
• Experience in automotive, retail, or a similar complex business environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and enhancement of ERP systems from a finance process and compliance perspective.
• Partner with IT and business teams to identify design and execute system improvements.
• Drive smooth delivery of system upgrades, enhancements and process changes with minimal disruption to business operations.
• Build strong process knowledge across automotive operations including new vehicles, used vehicles, parts, service, rental, leasing, finance integration, treasury, tax and reporting.
• Review current business processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, reduce cost and improve service delivery.
• Ensure business processes and systems comply with internal policies, procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do

Support the implementation and enhancement of ERP systems from a finance process and compliance perspective Partner with IT and business teams to identify design and execute system improvements Drive smooth delivery of system upgrades enhancements and process changes with minimal disruption to business operations Build strong process knowledge across automotive operations including new vehicles used vehicles parts service rental leasing finance integration treasury tax and reporting Review current business processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency reduce cost and improve service delivery Ensure business processes and systems comply with internal policies procedures and relevant regulatory requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum 3 to 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years supporting SAP or other ERP processes.Experience in automotive, retail, or a similar complex business environment is preferred.Professional qualifications or certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, SAP, Project Management, or Information Systems are advantageous.Strong knowledge of SAP inbound and outbound processes is preferred.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business documentation tools.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
