Job summary

Stamina11, a Dubai-based gymnastics club, is seeking an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial administration at the Dubai Studio City facility. You will handle bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, reporting, and payroll support while ensuring VAT and Corporate Tax compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks/Zoho Books/Xero or similar ERP systems.
• Good Excel skills and ability to analyze financial data.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Record and post financial transactions, supplier invoices, and bills.
• Maintain the general ledger with complete documentation.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable and monitor balances.
• Reconcile bank accounts and petty cash weekly; process payments.
• Prepare payroll data and supporting schedules.
• Produce monthly accounting reports and assist with month-end closes.
• Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance and filings.
