Job summary

Inspire Selection | Recruitment Agency in Dubai seeks a commercially-minded Finance Business Partner to lead project financial management across GCC operations. This hands-on role partners with Operations, owns governance end to end, and turns numbers into insights that shape decisions.

Reporting to the VP Finance, you'll manage budgets, forecasts and commercial planning, own financial governance of projects from start to finish, and contribute to the regional three-year business plan while

Qualifications

10+ years of work experience in finance roles, preferably in project-based businesses.
Strong commercial finance and project accounting experience.
CPA/CMA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders on budgets, rolling forecasts and commercial planning.
Own project financial governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project revenue, gross margin and profitability; input recognition details.
Act as the primary finance business partner for Operations and Client Services.
Drive timely client invoicing, collections activity, and manage project-related supplier payments.
Prepare operational finance schedules and commercial performance reporting for month-end close.
Support internal and external audits and drive continuous improvement in project finance processes and controls.
