Job summary

Caliberly is seeking a Finance - IT Manager / Oracle ERP Lead in Dubai to bridge Finance, ERP and Operations and own Oracle Fusion Finance. You will bring hands-on Finance/Accounting expertise and extensive Oracle Fusion Finance experience, with familiarity across GL, AP, AR, cost accounting, fixed assets and cash management.

Qualifications

Hands-on Finance / Accounting experience.
Strong practical experience with Oracle Fusion Finance.
7+ years of relevant Finance / ERP / Finance Systems experience.
Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation, enhancement or post-implementation support.
Strong understanding of GL, AP, AR, Cost Accounting, Fixed Assets, Cash Management & Subledger Accounting.
This role requires a Finance/Accounting foundation with hands-on Oracle Fusion Finance experience.

Responsibilities

Own and optimize Oracle Fusion Finance processes.
Drive P2P, O2C & R2R process integration.
Integrate Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory & Project Finance functions.
Oversee product costing, inventory valuation, WIP & COGS.
Lead process automation and business-process improvements.
Manage Oracle Fusion enhancements, UAT and implementation projects.
