Job summary

Teamware Solutions is seeking a Lead Consultant - Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional (Finance) with 14+ years to lead the techno-functional stream of a large Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP program in Dubai.

You will own the solution lifecycle from requirements and design through data migration, integrations, go-live, hypercare, and production support, working with business, IT, and vendor partners, and you will mentor the team while driving Fusion Financials and Procurement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional roles.
• Strong Oracle Fusion Financials & Procurement expertise.
• Hands-on with OIC, VBCS, BIP, OTBI and FBDI.
• Experience leading large Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and delivery ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead techno-functional design and delivery across Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement.
• Own GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management responsibilities.
• Manage migration from Oracle EBS/eBiz to Fusion Cloud including FBDI data conversion.
• Oversee cutover, go-live, hypercare, and production support.
• Mentor teams and coordinate with business, IT, and vendors.
