Job summary

Caliberly is seeking a Finance - IT Manager / Oracle ERP Lead in Dubai to bridge Finance, ERP and Operations and own Oracle Fusion Finance. You will bring hands-on Finance/Accounting expertise and extensive Oracle Fusion Finance experience, with familiarity across GL, AP, AR, cost accounting, fixed assets and cash management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Finance / Accounting experience.
• Strong practical experience with Oracle Fusion Finance.
• 7+ years of relevant Finance / ERP / Finance Systems experience.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation, enhancement or post-implementation support.
• Strong understanding of GL, AP, AR, Cost Accounting, Fixed Assets, Cash Management & Subledger Accounting.
• This role requires a Finance/Accounting foundation with hands-on Oracle Fusion Finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize Oracle Fusion Finance processes.
• Drive P2P, O2C & R2R process integration.
• Integrate Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory & Project Finance functions.
• Oversee product costing, inventory valuation, WIP & COGS.
• Lead process automation and business-process improvements.
• Manage Oracle Fusion enhancements, UAT and implementation projects.

Role: Finance - IT Manager / Oracle ERP Lead

Location: Dubai, UAE

Reporting: CFO

Salary: Up to AED 25,000

We’re looking for a Finance + Oracle Fusion professional who can bridge the gap between Finance, ERP and Operations and take ownership of Oracle Fusion Finance.

This role is specifically suited to professionals with:

Hands-on Finance / Accounting experience

Strong practical experience with Oracle Fusion Finance

Experience within Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Services, Supply Chain, Logistics, Oil & Gas, or project-based environments

7+ years of relevant Finance / ERP / Finance Systems experience

Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation, enhancement or post-implementation support

Strong understanding of GL, AP, AR, Cost Accounting, Fixed Assets, Cash Management & Subledger Accounting

What you’ll be driving:

Oracle Fusion Finance ownership & optimization

P2P, O2C & R2R process integration

Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory & Project Finance integration

Product costing, inventory valuation, WIP & COGS

Process automation and business-process improvement

Oracle Fusion enhancements, UAT and implementation projects

CA / ACCA / CMA / CPA and Oracle Fusion certification would be advantageous.

Important: This is not a pure IT/technical Oracle role. A strong Finance/Accounting foundation combined with hands-on Oracle Fusion Finance experience is essential.
