Job summary

Caliberly® is seeking a Finance - IT Manager / Oracle ERP Lead in Dubai to bridge Finance, ERP and Operations and own Oracle Fusion Finance. This role reports to the CFO and requires hands-on Finance/Accounting expertise, deep Oracle Fusion Finance experience, and the ability to drive P2P, O2C and R2R integrations across Manufacturing, Procurement and project-based environments.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in Finance/ERP, knowledge of GL, AP, AR, cost accounting, and practical exposure

Qualifications

• Hands-on Finance / Accounting experience is required.
• Strong Oracle Fusion Finance experience is essential.
• 7+ years in Finance / ERP / Finance Systems roles.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Services, or related environments.

Responsibilities

• Own Oracle Fusion Finance end-to-end and drive optimization.
• Coordinate P2P, O2C and R2R process integrations.
• Support manufacturing, procurement, inventory and project finance interfaces.
• Lead product costing, inventory valuation, WIP, and COGS processes.
• Drive process automation and finance-driven improvements.
