LHH is seeking an experienced Accounting & Operations – Vice President to join a leading international banking group in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and efficient banking operations within a controlled environment.

The successful candidate will drive process improvements, manage key financial processes, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related discipline.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls and banking processes.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with banking transactions, reconciliations and financial reporting requirements.

Mansioni

• Accounting & Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate financial records, support preparation of financial statements and local regulatory reports, and contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee processing of payables and receivables with proper documentation.
• Banking Operations: Ensure accurate execution of banking transactions, including remittances, loans, deposits, Trade Finance and Treasury Operations.
• Reconciliations & Controls: Perform account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to banking regulations and internal policies.
• Operational Risk Management: Identify risks and contribute to control measures.
