We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our UAE team. You will support day-to-day accounting, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and help maintain clean financial records in a fast-paced environment.

You will process invoices, assist with month-end close, reconcile bank statements, and support payroll and other admin finance tasks as needed. Strong English communication and high attention to detail are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a finance or accounting support role is an advantage.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in processing invoices and expense reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with data entry tasks.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the finance team to prepare financial reports and statements.
• Assist with payroll processing and other administrative finance tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local financial regulations.
