Role Description & Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgeting, and variance analysis related to vessel maintenance, operating expenses, and lifecycle costs.
• Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to verify financial documentation, invoices, and expense claims.
• Ensure financial compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and local/international financial regulations.

Candidate Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Finance Assistant.
• Previous experience working within a maritime or ship management company environment.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• High level of accuracy, strong numerical skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
