Job summary

SIBIE LTD Holding Group is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day financial operations, consolidate multi-entity, multi-currency entities, and drive budgeting and forecasting across departments.

The ideal candidate has UK GAAP/IFRS expertise, UAE tax knowledge, and a proven ability to translate financial data into strategic insights. This role supports rapid expansion in the Gulf region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a finance management role.
• UK GAAP (FRS 102), IFRS, HMRC compliance; UAE taxes knowledge a plus.
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial controls experience.
• Proficiency with financial systems and Excel; experience with accounting software (Xero/QuickBooks/Sage/SAP).
• Strong analytical skills and governance; able to communicate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounting, invoicing, payroll, cash flow.
• Reconcile online sales and payment platforms.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports; consolidate multi-entity/multi-currency results.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning across departments.
• Monitor performance vs targets and flag risks or opportunities to leadership.
• Ensure UK and UAE tax compliance and audit readiness; knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax/VAT a plus.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks and tax advisors.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable; maintain healthy working capital.
• Support deal structuring and contract terms with financial input.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls and systems.
• Provide financial analysis for strategic decisions including new markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, invoicing, payroll, cash flow and reconciliation of online sales and payment platforms
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports, including multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes across departments
• Monitor financial performance against targets and flag risks or opportunities to leadership
• Ensure compliance with UK financial and tax requirements (HMRC, VAT, PAYE, Corporation Tax, Companies House), UAE Corporate Tax and VAT (Federal Tax Authority), and tax and audit requirements in the other markets we operate in
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, tax advisors and regulatory bodies
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable and ensure healthy working capital management
• Support commercial and partnership teams with financial input on deal structuring and contract terms
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls, processes and systems
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including new market entry and partnership evaluation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a finance management role, ideally within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, e-commerce or professional services industries
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) is preferred
• Proven UK finance experience is essential, including UK GAAP (FRS 102), IFRS, HMRC, VAT and Corporation Tax compliance; knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT is a plus
• Proven experience managing budgets, forecasts and financial controls in a growing organisation
• Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, SAP or similar)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear business insights
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of financial governance
• Effective communicator, able to work cross-functionally with commercial, operations and leadership teams
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive financial information
