Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance required.
• CPA/CA/CMA/ACCA certification preferred.
• 8–10 years progressive finance experience with 3–5 years leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the finance team, aligning KPIs with company objectives.
• Oversee bookkeeping, IFRS/COSO compliance, VAT and corporate tax processes.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
