Job summary

Euro Mechanical is seeking a Finance Manager - Partners & Services to deliver accurate, timely financial analysis across UAE and Qatar for multiple business units. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, cost control and month‑end close while ensuring strong governance.

You will partner with Operations, Projects, and Commercial teams to improve margins, evaluate CapEx, and support tenders. A professional accounting qualification and 10+ years in senior operational finance are required; experience

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CMA, ICAEW) or a relevant degree with strong proven experience.
• Minimum 10 years' senior operational finance experience across multiple countries.
• Solid expertise in cost control, P&L management, and budgeting.
• Demonstrated people management experience, including managing at least 2 direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts across multiple BUs in UAE and Qatar.
• Analyse variances vs. budget/forecast/prior periods and deliver actionable financial insights.
• Oversee project financials: job costing, WIP, margin tracking, cost allocations, and cash flow.
• Monitor labour utilisation, chargeability, and cost recovery.
• Manage and track ICV-related financial performance and contract impacts.
• Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) at BU level.
