Job summary

Euro Mechanical is seeking a Management Accountant in Abu Dhabi to partner with Operations and provide actionable financial insights. You will prepare management accounts for a defined Business Unit, analyze margin and cash flow, and support timely decision-making.

The role requires a globally recognised chartered accounting qualification, at least 3 years of operational finance experience, and strong Excel/Dynamics 365 skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and MS Office, with ability to model data and produce clear reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset to interpret financial data.
• High level of organization with attention to detail and deadline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Act as a finance business partner to your Business Unit(s) and build strong relationships between Operations and Finance.
• Prepare monthly Business Unit management accounts and present them to key stakeholders in line with IFRS and local policies.
• Deliver gross margin analysis, compare results to budget, and flag risks early.
• Provide KPI-driven insights into Business Unit performance.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts and the annual budget with supporting analysis pack.
• Support project accounting and profitability reporting.
